Our Social Dance Party Nights are a great opportunity to come along and practice what you have learned in class, relax with a nice drink, enjoy the music and of course meet some of our friendly regulars. All are welcome to attend whether you have learned at Humphreys or elsewhere, whether you are a complete beginner or a more advanced dancer and no matter what style of dance you prefer. We play music for Modern, Latin and New Vogue with some Salsa, Argentine Tango thrown in for good measure. We also like to get everyone up on the floor for some fun group line dances, both latin and modern and some great social progressive dances too. Our Friday Dance Party Nights include a great floorshow by one of our dancesport couples and once a month our Saturday Dance Party become a "Saturday Social Dance Theme Night" where we feature some different dance styles such as Salsa, West Coast Swing, Ceroc etc with a free dance class prior to the Dance Party Night.
Our Social Dance Party Nights are held on the FIRST & THIRD FRIDAY of every month and on the SECOND & FOURTH SATURDAY of every month so there is always an opportunity to let you hair down, don your dancing shoes and show off your skills in the timeless waltz, the cheeky cha cha, the sizzling Samba and all your favourite social dance styles.
Our Social Dance Party Nights commence at 8.30pm - midnight, BYO drinks and some nibbles/supper for the table. The cost is just $15. Please call the studio on 9361 6734 to book, perhaps get some friends together for a table? All are welcome. Hope to see you soon.
